i'm check this here out. think it's a good deal? i know nothing about trainers, but i know i want to stay in shape over the winter.

still debating buying a set or rollers, or buying just a trainer (watch tv at same time), or just buying a membership at the gym and get a total workout (but then have to deal with monthly fees + commute).

It's within the medium price range.Make sure you get good music,'cause it's kinda boring but it's a real time saver.

Never heard of a Rad but seems Amazon sells it new for $116. Personally, I'd get a Kurt or Cycleops.

I own a kurt kinetics fluid trainer and I think it is a very high quality trainer. It is designed so it will not leak.

But trainers are boring. I found the book "Workouts in a Binder" by Dirk Friel helps the time go by eaisier and keeps me motivated during the Wisconsin winter.

The Kurt Kinetics are very quiet and are guaranteed to not leak. By their design, it's almost impossible for them to leak. I really like my KK, worth every penny. Plan on having it for a while if you go with the KK.
