So your point is...?

Do you really think that we are all going to drive to Southern California to fill up?

You do know that a lot of people here ride bicycles, and don't necessarily care?

I was hanging out with a bunch of people a while back, and I ended up just hanging out with a friends 4 year old for the night. We were "magically" turning ice into water by squeezing the ice really hard. Ice was shooting all over the place. Her mom yelled at me...:o That's right, I'm much better at acting like a 4 year old than I am acting 30.

No, I'm making more of a consciences effort not to drive at all, besides my normal routine of biking to work and stores. I just did 150 miles round trip this weekend to friends/family, all without gas-oline, among other things.

NH seems to have cheaper gas than most of the nation. I still get it for 3.95. I don't really care. It costs me 2 dollars per day to go to work now, assuming $4/gallon -- a whopping 10 dollars per week. It would cost me more to take the bus, and cost me more in opportunity cost to ride my bike. Plus, I won't have a car when I go to Allegheny college in the fall.
