My name is Craig and I live in Northwest Florida. I ride a Trek 4500 that mostly sees road-duty. I ride it almost everyday and almost for every trip I make alone. I will soon invest in a rigid fork and smaller, higher pressure tires. I don't let the fact that I make my trips on the bike keep me from getting what I need and want as I've been seen strapping a large watermelon to my rack and toting it home over 5 miles. In addition to all that good stuff I weigh 220 lbs.

My other love is automobiles...particularly the ones that go faster than normally required and look menacing. My vehicle that goes faster than required is ironically a truck. A 1993 F-150 with more modified than I care to share.

At any rate...Hi.

Hello lightningcow, it sounds as if you are seriously car-lite except for the heavily modified F-150  . On the other hand, riding the bike allows you to put gas in the tank of the F-150 every once in a while to take advantage of all the modificiations, so it sounds as if everything evens out in the end :D .

Welcome to BF, and feel free to PM me with any questions :) !

Hey mang, I was looking through the commuter bike pics and saw the ATB that I trail behind on the road bike. I'll get pics up soon as I get my rack and milk crate, a pair of working brakes and a few other doodads! Too bad it's going to rain tomorrow.

I found a crate I'm going to use! It's over at the shop.
