can anyone recommend a semi slick tire to put on my trek xo1. i use it for commuting and as my main source of transportation. i ride on pavement, gravel, hard packed dirt, grass, and various other things. there are 700x35s (bontrager jones) on it now, i'm think of something a little thinner and less knobby.

thanks.

Ritchey,Michelin,Bontrager, etc all make slicker versions of their tires.I like Michelin or Ritchey the best.

The best tires that I have found for my Xo1 are theRichety Speed Max> they wear really well and hold up on my commute. I have been using them for a year now. In fact they are my favoaite mountain bike tires too. I got mine at REI for $18 each.
