On 6/23, I was struck by a car that blew around stopped traffic at the Church Street crosswalk on the W&OD trail:

Since the guy moved his car before the police got there, and the police (for whatever reason) didn't collect witness names, I'm concerned this guy might get away with it. If you saw (or know someone who did) see any of the accident that day, can you please get in touch with me?

I'd suggest asking the same question on the BikewashingtonDC Yahoo group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/BikeWashingtonDC) and some of the other Fairfax and DC bike advocacy forums- you may get a better response there. Hope you are OK.
Although the linked article looks like he's been charged. Did you have the light? I've seen instances at that light (and others - Catoctin Circle in Leesburg for instance) where a driver doesn't recognize the light's changed and keeps going.

There's no light at the intersection - it's a signed bike crossing with a stop sign for the bikes. I have evidence to support my side of the story, and there were cars stopped on either side of the crossing that waved me through. He passed the stopped cars on the right and hit me.
Since he moved his car before the police arrived, and the police didn't get witness names, AND he's pleading not guilty, I expect that his story will change to me having blown through the stop sign right in front of him.....(I have hard evidence to the contrary, but I won't list it here in case he or his attorney are looking here as well). I just want to find the people who were stopped at the intersection, or the 3-4 bikers who were nearby and may have seen something.
