Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - Cool "Butt Cam" photos

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just finished the Michigander six day bike tour... and there was a a fellow Clydesdale there who mounted a Canon digital camera to his bicycle and then snapped a picture - through a special modification he made to the camera - every five seconds.
Really.
He did the entire ride. He’s planning on doing a special movie of it sped up so all of the thousands of pictures will display as a singe movie.

Cool idea. I'm planning on doing something similar, my camera does time lapse video.

There's a website where a guy posts his ride pics. I'm not sure how he does them, although a lot of them are obviously un-composed, so to speak. It may be an intervalometer (I think that's what it's called). He normally has maybe 150 shots on a 3-hour ride, so it's not movie quantities.

Wow, butt cam gave me totally different thoughts. I was hoping it wasn't a colonoscopy. Anyhoo, cool idea.
