I just posted to the report, and I'll say it here -- DUI resulting in death needs to become a capital crime! NOBODY is 'innocent' because they're 'impaired'! IF YOU'RE IMPAIRED, YOU DON'T ENGAGE IN ACTIVITY THAT REQIRES FULL FACULTIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because we have to start somewhere, and DUI is easy to prove quantitatively.
