Folding Bikes - HELP: I need a Hobson Pro Saddle for my "new" Swift

I'm looking for a "last version" of the Hobson Pro saddle, NOT the current Pro X2 version. Anyone know where I could get one of the old ones? The original "Pro" went out of production about 1.5 years ago.

I'm LOVING my new Swift (with Nexus 8 hub). Love the gear range. Love not worrying about banging the derailleur. And the "shift anytime" advantage the hub provides is really growing on me.

I do miss my trigger shifter. Might go begging to Shimano for them to add that to the hub line.

Little mods started today with a Thudbuster and new steering riser.

Still really enjoy my Downtube VIII FS, but they are very different creatures (with very different price tags).

Cheers all,

There is a trigger shifter for the 8sp Nexus: Check the Alfine shifter.

There's also an integrated Trigger shifter/brake combo (http://www.bikemannetwork.com/biking/p/COMPHUINT/LD6085) that works great.. I've had it on my Swift for over a year.. shifting is improved considerably... much more positive..

Thanks guys. I found the integrated combo on the Shimano website today. I missed it the 1st time around.

The bike currently has a nice set of Deore XT brakes/levers, and I kinda hate to break up the set.

Glad to hear how well that shifter works for you. I'm still stumbling around way too much. It's been a while since I've been twisting....

All those trigger shifting behaviors that I've been taking for granted have not been translated into automatic reflex on the twist grip yet. I'm hoping to get a lot closer in the next few days.

I'll check out the Alfine as well.

Thanks again,

Bob G.
