I go to Dicks sporting goods, all the time, and I always see this small mountain bike they sell.

Its a small downhill Mt bike, with 24", singal speed, and super wide handlebars, rigid and very heavy duty steel fork and frame. It must wieght in at 40 pounds. They sell this bike for $120, and I dont think it would ever break, this thing is so massive, I sweare the steel tubing is off of a tank!!!!!!!! :D

It would break. 'MAYBE' not the frame. But the shock or any other part would.

It might make a good project bike, I would prolly strip it then put all my parts on.

I'm sure Dick's has a website. Or perhaps you could do a Google (www.google.com) search on the brand / model so we know what the heck you're talking about.

I just checked there site, and didnt find it. But I did see some full suspension bikes selling for $150, one of them has a Honda logo lol :D

the bike you were talking about before might be a 24" BMX cruiser.

I probably wouldn't go too hard on any bike that only cost 120 bucks though.

yeah, but it didnt have those tall BMX style handlebars, just flat mt bike bars

but, you're right, its prolly not a good bike.

All the more reason not to get it. This thing had a little suspension to absorb an impact and it still killed it. Think about it.
