Is it possible to use a cassette with 27 inch wheels? If so, what needs to be changed? Can you purchase a rear 27" wheel with a freehub?

yes you can use a cassette (freehub ) with a 27 " wheel. you need a hub (freehub) , spokes (length to reach from the hub to the rim , number of crosses ,usually 3X),and your rim for a 27 "wheel . you might be able to purchase a 27" wheel from your lbs ,they would have to order it from J&B imports or from QPB. I do know than 27" wheels with freehub are hard to come by. the best thing to do is buy the parts and do it yourself or your lbs do it for you at cost . I hope this help.
