My GT ZRX came with Vuelta USA cranks (don't ask me why GT didn't spec Shimano 105's). Didn't think anything of it, but now the non-drive side arm comes loose after 10-20 kms of road riding. I'm a big guy, at 200lbs, but I can't see that my weight should cause this kinda problem for my cranks. Anyone have problems w/ this product. Currently I'm shimming the BB to make the cranks stay put. I'm considering an upgrade to the new Ritchey cranks. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I assume this is a square taper BB. To me, without seeing your bike, it sounds like the bike was ridden with the crank bolt being loose. It is really easy to deform the taper on the crank. Unfortunately, once the taper is mis-shapen, the crank will never stay tight, no matter how tight you get it. If this is the case, you'll need a new crank arm. Maybe your shop will warranty it.
