I just bought a used 5900 and noticed the rear cluster is very loud when freewheeling. Is this normal? It has a Dura Ace cluster. Any ideas?

More noise, more pawls, better engament of freehub.

It is probably not a problem, some freehubs are just loud(I have King and Hugi hubs you can hear fifty feet away.) I am not real familiar with the Bontrager hubs but see if you can lube the freehub itself(not just the axle bearings) that will quiet it up a fair bit.

I just got a bike w/ Bont Race wheels ant that was the first thing I noticed loud 'Click Click Click...' But they ride just fine...
