Muscle:lol: Use leverage longer handle. Also try liquid wrench i have never used that bfore so i don't know if that will help your problem.

im not reccomending this, but what id do, is get a longer allen key, and a hammer,
im sure you can see where it goes from there.
it worked for me

I've had to do that, too. It's pretty common. Or you can (not recommended) put the enclosed side of the wrench on the end of the allen key and use it as leverage.

Liquid wrench.... And heat... Use a torch or a lighter. Torch would be better if you have one liquid wrench wont catch fire... The heat will make the crank threads expand enough for the liquid wrench to get down in to the threads.

I don't think a lighter would heat it up too quick there, skippy. It would take quite awhile.

an good allen key and a four foot bar (1") for leverage. it's what's used in shops.

also, do you really need to say 3 piece crank? it's safe to say that unless you're eight, you're not riding a one piece...
