I saw this on the Chicago Bike Racing site today. (http://www.chicagobikeracing.com/index.php/site/post/hump-day-links9/) Second bullet from the top.

I don't know Jon nor do I ride for ABD, I thought I'd put this out there in case many of you western suburban riders may want contribute or donate.

Wow, Jon was the only guy at Performance who serviced my bike. Just the best. We always shared stories of our upcoming events and he was racing well last summer. i hadn't seen him as often this summer. He is a wonderful person.

I hope that he can fully recover from the accident.

I couldn't do the ride due to family obligations but did go down to the store to contribute to the cause and get an update. One of the guys working there was telling me that they had taken Jon out of the medically induced coma and he was progressing as they hoped he would. I don't have any info on how the ride went...sorry...thought I'd just share what I knew.
