In my ongoing endevour to put together my TT bike.I wanted to know what you all think would be the best wheels to get. Spinergy revX, a deep rim aero wheel or trispoke style?

I'd say no to the Spinergys. I've heard a lot of horror stories about breakage. Most people I know who have had them at one point trashed them pretty quickly or sold them for something better.
The deep rim aero wheels are pretty decent for the most part. They're the least aero, but tend to be very light. If you want to run this kind of wheel, you'd be best off getting the most aero benefit from a deep rim on front, w/ a rear disk (although they are expensive).
I personally have tri-spokes. I'm too cheap to get a disk for the rear, so I have full tri-spokes for the road
and the track (I know! I know! I'm cheap!). This style of aero wheel is the best for the money. They're light and strong and very aero. But, again, if you want the very best, put a tri-spoke on the front and disk on the rear. This is why you see most pros run this set-up.
For brands, I would recommend Mavic for the deep rim and Mavic (if you have the money; they claim their quad-spoked wheels are more aero than a disk...I've ridden them...they are a sweet, fast ride) or Nimble for tri/quad spoked wheels.

Go with the hot set up. Zipp 440 on the front and a disk on the back. I had Spinergys rev's rode them to death and never had a problem. However, they were not a good wheel for the track.
