I have to admit that the Bikesdirect Ti CX bike sounds appealing to me. I'm not schooled
about what disc hubs are available for 130 mm spacing. In a quick web search I only found one.
What else is out there that folks know about?

Maybe the frame can handle stretching out to 135 to handle all the normal disc offerings.
Would the disc tabs line up properly if you did that?

Great question.

I can only find one wheelset (Mavic Speedcity) and until your link, no hubs. I heard that Shimano made a wheelset in 130mm disc, but I can't find it on their website.

Bontrager ... the Poprad is 130mm w/ discs.

That's still not a hub. You can't build a 130mm disc wheel right now. You only have a few pre-builts available. I now count:

Mavic Speedcity.
The above mentioned Bontrager.
A Shimano wheel that I heard a rumor about but can't find.

Ti?

Stretch the stays apart and use 135. There's wiggle room to realign the disc tabs. That's what I did.

They no longer make them anymore (only track wheels), but I think Cane Creek used to make a disc 130mm 700c wheel. Maybe a version of the Volos. They might be around as NOS or lightly used on eBay.

Still a wheelset. Which brings my count to four wheelsets, zero hubs.

If you want internal gear hub, you can get the Sturmey 8, Shimano Alfine 8, or Sram i-Motion 9.
