I ordered new wheels a couple of weeks ago. They are dt240's, cx-ray's, and deep-V's with a 32spoke 3x front and rear lacing.

First, these spokes look ridiculously thin, and I'm a solid 250lbs with gear. Are these spokes going to hold me up?

Second, most of the spokes are twisted around 45 degrees at the rim and a few are closer to 75 or 80 degrees. I'm not too concerned about the aero, but it just seems like it's not the way they were designed to be installed, and going back to the size of the spokes, it has me a bit worried.

I am new to these spokes and I don't know a lot about what's acceptable or not acceptable in bike wheel building so any help you could give me would be great as I wanted to check this stuff out before I made any calls.
