Triathlon - new transition strategy...not

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I think it's funny there's no picture of her in or exiting the water ... did she swim? LOL

I don't know, but someone said they looked up her time and she spent 11 minutes in t1 or something they figured her zipper stuck on the wetsuit...regardless, that is a riot...I bet she lost like 20 pounds. :)
sounds like bs... i don't like to judge, but after looking at the helmet, camelbak, the fact that she's riding on the flip side of her toe clips, etc etc, i'm wagering that this was no accident.

Perhaps she forgot to bring her bike and swim gear? Kudos to her, though, for pulling this one through. Even if it's just a sprint. Yikes, the chafes!

Bike - 2:07:32

Run - 1:15:49
Overall - 4:01:03 - That's right...over four hours in that wetsuit. I hope she won an award :)

Is it possible that she's wearing a swimming speedsuit and not a wetsuit? I gotta think this is the case. I can't imagine it possible to complete a tri in a regular wetsuit!
