Im thinking of flying down to visit my sister in Dallas Tx. Im hoping that I can find a bike shop that will rent quality mountain bikes and be able to find great trails to ride. Anyone have suggestions?

www.dorba.org will get you the Dallas Off-Road Bicucle Association. They have a comprehensive list of MTB trails in the Dallas area along with current surface conditions.

Yep, dorba.org is the place to check out the trails and conditions. As for renting a bike down here, I didn't have much luck when I wanted to demo one prior to buying. Of course, I didn't check ALL the shops.

When do you plan on being here? Dorba.org is the place to find the trails and people to show you around. Don't know much about bike rentals, I'll see if I can't find something out.
Depending on when you're here, if I'm available I can show you around some of the trails.
