Just got my check up back from the sports dr. My knee is stronger and I can keep up the biking!
My story, short version.....I was up to 330 and my right knee felt like hell everytime I bent it. I started strength training (squats) and did biking for cardio. Dr said the muscles are stronger now and they to keep on with my routine.
So, I can up up my rides to four a week and drop all leg exercises except for deadlifts and squats!
