I have the chance of a second hand bike (I have so many options at the minute my head is spinning!!) and not sure of the spec, he has mixed and matched bits and bobs on upgrades, the bike is less than 12 months old.

2003 Giant OCR Frameset in Black and Yellow ONCE colours
Black Mavic Open Pro's on Ultegra hubs, DT spokes
Conti GP3000 tyres
105 STI levers
Ultegra rear mech
Campagnolo Record carbon BB
ITM millennium bars
130mm Nero stem
Thompson seat post
Chainset and front mech are Campagnolo Daytona used but in good condition Used Time pedals

What is everyone's opinion as I have novice knowledge!!

Yes those are decent, but only to a point. It really depends on how you plan to ride.

I'll assume you are a new road rider based on your "novice knowledge". If those compenents are new and don't have many miles on them they should serve you well, as long as the price is right.

Hope this helps,
