There's a word for people like you. I can't get the darn bottom cup in:mad: The spacers(actually the Tamer reducers) went in fine, and the top cup went in well, but the bottom :crash: I'll have to take it to a bike shop:( I didn't want to do that. The stem is aluminum, its kinda funny, because my bike is steel the tubes are pretty small in Diameter. But my Stem is fricking huge!!(compared to my old, steel, quill stem. I can't wait for my X-vert to get here!!
Can't wait to see a piccy of the bike Fubey!

FubaDude,
I wound up taking my new frame, fork, and headset to the LBS for installation. The head tube seemed a smidge out of round, and I couldn't even get the cups started. They had to ream it slightly. I feel better about it because I went agead and got them to face the head tube and bb shell so now I know they are good and square. They only charged $15 for the headset install. Facing was extra.

To answer your question:
Weight'suupppp! :D
I'm kinda worried that my headtube is out of round. But when I was removing the old headset I remember that the bottom cup was a lot harder to remove than the top. So hopefull it is just harder to install the bottom cup.
