Behold:
Over 40% of the time was coasting.

Downer Ave 3s, so it was completely flat. But this is what happens when you stay in the back. I was having problems being aggressive enough to defend positions because I was paranoid about crashes.

There were 2 crashes. You can see my free lap. I bailed with 6 to go, as I was having trouble breathing. I'm going to blame my 2 crashes earlier in the week. crash (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfs55TB9srg) crash (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PP03l_FBvIY)

But anyway, this was my first race of the season with any kind of computer. I thought I'd like to share. It looks like intervals from hell.

Flat?

In my warmup I was coasting down Park at 25mph+...

My average for the first 45 miles, before someone decided to sit up right in front of me (I'll be starting a b*tching/moaning thread shortly) was just shy of 300w.

I have a teammate who is of similar weight and seems to put out remarkably similar power (wattage was 1w different yesterday, and I was close to him the entire time) to myself; he went 295w avg and 330 normalized at Evanston over 66 miles.

Yeah, flat. Meaning no hills. If there is a slope on Park, I didn't notice it. It couldn't be more than 1% or so.

I'm sure I weigh more and produced less power than either of you. And those are some crazy long crits for p12. But at least they don't crash every day. Not that I'm bitter.
