Tucson and Phoenix both have bicycle patrols
Marana, part of the Tucson metro area, now has a mounted patrol (means horses) as of Jan 1st.

Good luck! I completed both corrections and law enforcement, currently working as a deputy for a Sheriffs office here in Florida.
