My name is George. I'm 68 years old and have been biking for about 3 years. I retired 3 1/2 years ago and spend the winter in Fountain Hills, AZ and the summer in Mackinac Island, MI. I primarily bike for exercise. I try to ride between 90 and 100 miles each week. I found this site while browsing the internet on a question. I'll explore the site further for an answer.
