Anyone done it before? Anyone in for it? I am thinking of flying home to see some family in florida and hitting both days while I am there. I am gonna guess the RR is mostly flat same with the crit. And for those that have done it before. Is there enough room at the race site to warm up without a trainer as I am not sure if I'll be able to track one down to use.

It's a different venue, and different promoter, than last year. I'm probably in for the RR, but I think I'm done with crits this year.

I don't race, but I will probably go downtown and watch the crit though. That's a nice area in Nocatee enjoy the ride.

Hmmmmm... that will be interesting. I figured maybe Bay Street and around the Stadium, they will also be having the Jags preseason camp as well. You still planning to ride the Road Race? I just downloaded the flyer, I guess they could not find any hotels in GA for the out of town people, would have been closer. Jesus, that is an 1 hr drive from the hotel to the stadium.

Actually.. The crit's now in the same town as the road race. Updated as of yesterday.

Hmmm, I wondered how they were going to hold it there with the football going on. I was actually talking to my wife about going and maybe riding in the CAT5 road race. I suck enough where that could be fun. Plus it starts at 7:30 for the 35+ Cat5, well before the heat of the day and it will leave me enough time to ride another 20 or so while I am down there. I figure I will be riding the 40-47 on Sunday in the NFBC ride, so whats another 35 on Saturday. :p

Melbourne. Small world. I lived in merritt island for a few years before moving to san diego. I signed up for it and will be flying in next week to race both days. I need to come home to see some family, so I figure might as well drag my road bike with me and do a race while I am there.

It was not advertised locally. I barely even noticed it in the bike shops
