We have been riding old tandem bike for about 3 years and we are thinking about updating one. We are thinking about purchase Cannondale but we saw Tonino Lamborghini Viaggio Tandem Road bike on e-bay for only $500. Any suggention?

yeah. Buy a Lamborghini tractor, or a Contouch instead. skip the Lamobrghini tandem

Either get a new C'dale or keep the old 'whatever' tandem.
Lambo is a nice name, so is Jeep, so is Cadillac . . . yup all brandnames on bicycles.

Yup. Just because you can make a car doesn't mean you can make a bike. Most of the "car" brand bikes look to me to be "department store" quality. "Department store" quality is scary enough on a single bike. Don't want to even think about the possible outcome on a tandem.

A google search of the bike revealed to me that you could buy the bike for less new from an on-line store and one site thought it compared most closely to a tandem baby stroller.
