Bikes Direct seems to be a bit dubious on whether or not your bike will come to you threadless, or threaded.
-Headset Sealed Bearing 1 inch or Threadless 1.125" (No Choice) (<--straight from the site)
so, i was curious of everyone who's ordered one of these bikes(especially those of you in '08), how many obtained a threadless stem/headset and how many got a threaded ?

They need to change the info. It's a threadless 1".

got my Windsor The Hour a little over a month ago and it is a threadless headset. :thumb:

Third: My friend just received his and it's a threadless.

I ordered in May 08 as well, and received a 1" threadless setup. (57cm)

I bought a new/used one off Craigslist a few months ago and it was threaded, but I'm not sure when the person bought it. Bike was never ridden...

Bought mine last month and it came threadless. (The Hour)

Bought my 50cm Kilo a few months ago and it came threaded with no chance of being threadless.

I bought a Windsor "The Hour" in 54cm about 2 1/2 months ago, and received a 1 1/8" threadless

Maybe they say either/or and no choice because they still have threaded bikes in stock in some sizes and it's too much trouble for them to differentiate while they burn through the stock. I doubt there's much of the threaded remaining though.
