Any experience with the Digital Pro 12 LCD system?
I've had nothing but problems. Broken mounts, poorly designed cable connectors (that like to disconnect on dark and busy streets), internal cable shorts, and now the battery won't take a charge. All in all an unreliable system retailing for $400. Very much unlike the Nite Rider system I had 12 years ago.

I haven't had experience with the digital pro 12 lcd, but I have the single 15W digital from about 4 years ago. It worked great up until this autumn, when the connection to the battery started to fail, eventually not letting it charge at all. I found out that this is a common problem with the Nite Rider digitals. One good thing with Nite rider is I just sent it back and they replaced everything for free to make it work again. I've heard that their more advanced products have a lot more problems than their lower end products.
Next light I'm getting is Light in Motion. 2 of my riding buddies have it, and love them.

Thanks for the responses.
Wish I woulda done some research before buying this system. However, my previous NR system was great, so my expectations were high.
Guess I be finding out about NR's customer support.
