My name is Dan, I live in Ohio. Used to race BMX and ride for fun and transportation. Now I started riding as a leisure activity and to lose a few around the middle. I find riding the Ohio Erie Canal trail, http://www.ohioeriecanal.org/ , not only good exercise but also very relaxing. Is it a Zen thing? may be.
