I have a Blackburn TrakPump TP-1 stand-up bicycle pump.
Without connecting the pump hose attatchment to the tire to proceed with pumping air, I can take the pump and raise the handle, but cannot push down. It's like something is obstructing the pumping action.
I would appreciate knowing exactly what the problem is and how it can be corrected.
Is there a need to take the hose loose or should I look into the cylinder?
