I'm firm on picking up the exact items I just listed after searching and reading about them on this forum. I've browsed eBay, Amazon, and some other shops through Froogle, but since shipping costs would accumulate, I think all of the above (from treefortbikes) is the route I should go. If not, can anyone recommend any trustworthy stores where I can pick up the gear I listed? Thanks in advance.

I get lots of gear and advice from my LBSI'm definitely checking out my local shop to talk to them as well, but in the meantime, hearing from hundreds (potentially) of people opposed to 3 store workers shouldn't hurt ;)

I shop hard for the best price, mostly on-line. But I have my favortie on-line retailers because of service, reliability or price. (Two of them advertise here). If you find a lower price your favorite on-line retailer will sometimes have a price matching policy.

However, just like an LBS, price is not everything, ease of transaction and ability to easily communiucate with a real person means alot to me

I did not reasearch your prices but in general they look good.

I bought the previous version of the pump for the same price (at my LBS).

The prices all look good...even competitive with on-line stuff. Add in the shipping (often as much as 10% of the cost now) and they look very good.

Those look like good prices. I have been comparing prices on a few accessories and that seems to be a reliable store. I am probably going to put in an order soon for a few items from there (I have not shopped there before). The only place I found items for less was not a reliable source.
