I want to buy proper cycling shoes to use in California Fitness for Flywheels.

The problem is that when I call the California Fitness to find out what pedals they use to get the proper pedal hooks on my shoes, they understand nothing. The info provided are hopeless, the only thing they ask me is the time I want to book....

Can anyone advise?

i am the member at Wan chai . there are two types of pedals.

one is gerneral cycling machine.
another is schwin one--pedal is clip pedal, i.e. include the strap.


i guest u may use flaten base shoes that would be fine.

why don't you pay a visit to the club you're most likely to visit on a regualr basis.

Now, what time you wanna book?
