I have heard time and time again about how hard titanium is to weld...has anyone tried doing a titanium lugged frame? there must be a reason why it hasn't been done yet...whats the dilly?

it's easier to weld than it is to lug/braze.

or you could try gluing it. [araldite 2015 might be a good place to start if you're bored]
