I am a Clyde at 225lbs 5'7", this has been my weight since I was 21 and in the military, I am just now getting back into biking (attempting car free in Hartford CT) I was doing Centuries on my days off a few years ago, longest single ride for me in one day was 230 mile loop from Enfield, to Hartford, to Manchester, to Hartford, and Back to Enfield, my current bike is a 2000? R600 CAAD4 Cannondale.
