Just got back from the doc. Checked out my shoulder and didn't even take an x-ray. Said it's healed and probably 75% strength. He laughed when I rotated my shoulder and it sounded like a Buddy Rich solo, then declared that's all soft tissue stuff and he can fix it if I want to. I don't. :) Said I could ride (just don't fall).

Now ... to get my lazy out of shap, non acclimatied arse ready for 200l at the Dare. :p

I did that a lot in High School. Still practically blind.

But of course. It's a natural consequence of coming back from a broken collar bone. One must rock quietly, slowly, and painfully before one can rock hard.

But quiet rocking is still rocking.
