Cyclocross - 09 Kona Specs

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
My local bike shop just got in an 09 Jake in as a demo model. I couldn't get close to it. It is red. Anyone have info on spec changes? The dealer is mum leaving the mechanics to guess through observation. I'm going to be able to get my own side by side comparison next week as my shop was able to convince the dealer to bring another 09 in the shop. I hope it is either a Jake or JTS. Anyone know what changes are in store for 09?
Changes? Probably a 10-20 percent price jump, or equivalent drop in specs.

No specs, but found a small picture on a German website. Then again, you've already seen the bike itself, so this is... no help. That is all.

The guys said it would be very close spec wise and from the model I saw the tiagra components were carried over from 08. Being that I had a red Raleigh as a kid and that red is very close, I chose the 08. So without further delay this is my 08 Jake, I need to adjust the rear rack a little. First ride impression is that it is very stable, and fairly cushy. The tires pick up pebbles but the rubber is new and soft. Thankfully I have the fenders which actually don't look bad. You can't really see it but the fenders have a chrome strip down them which accentuates the rim and crank arm quite well. I'll update once I get a good long ride on it.
Update, I was unsure about the shorty break levers but I'm actually finding them quite useful in traffic where you don't have to stretch out. Overall I might go to a narrower tire down the road. This is the first cycle cross bike so I need to shed a few pounds before I do anything competition related.
Let's try something bigger,

2009 specs are up on the website.
Specs are pretty similar, except for the brakes (Avid -> Kore), front hub (Shimano Deore -> Formula) and tires (Maxxis -> Conti).
