Thats ~50km east of Toronto.
Recently I just got the cycling bug and bought a new bike today, A Giant FCR2.
I used to ride a lot when I was younger, about 100km per day. Oh I'd love to even have the time in the day to be able to do that now! I pushed myself too hard and had to get off the bike to save my knees said the doctors. Now 15 years later I'm missing it. I did a couple weeks on the trainer using my old bike to see if my knees would feel OK and so far so good, but that cushy gel seat isn't feeling so cushy right now :notamused:. Surprisingly my legs feel pretty good aside from being tired from being out of shape. I'm not over weight at 6'0" and 185lbs but I am trying to stop a beer belly that seems to be starting to take a foothold. Plus I just want to be in better shape.
So that's my brief bio. I'm on a couple forums for my other hobbies because that's where the people who are really in the know are, and this forum seems as equally knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to becoming part of this community!
Thanks all!

Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
