Folding Bikes - Spanner size needed for Dahon Vitesse handle post latch?

I don't have a spanner set right now and my adjustable spanner is too thick. What size do I need?

you need to give us more informtion
what year Vitesse is it.... the older one has a 13 mm hex head bolt to tighten the stem in the fork
the newer one has allen bolts.....

It's a 2007 model, D5.
I'm talking about the folding clamp mechanism, not the stem. It's referred to in the manual as the 'handle post latch bolt'.

You really, really must get a spanner set if you're going to work on a bike. Your adjustable spanner will round off bolts. You'll never be sorry for spending money on decent tools.
