I have a couple of close friends who have just moved over to Austin from Australia. I need some good excuses to go and visit (I live in NYC) and what better than some bike racing! I was there over the weekend and saw heaps of riders & shops but was too busy training my liver to pop in and ask. Can anyone suggest some good local races in the coming months, or websites I could use?

Thanks for that, I have already checked out www.txbra.org (http://www.txbra.org), but I could not seem to see any races listed for Austin and not being that familiar with the area thought there may be alternative websites, or races not listed

The road season pretty much winds down the end of August, unfortunately, if that's what you're looking for. If you look under events>calendar, you'll see more than if you look under the Texas Cup listings... there are a lot of weekly training crits that run every week in the summer.
