Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Any Japanese language fixed gear forums?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Does anyone know of a forum similar to LAfixed.com or Londonfgss.com for Tokyo? I would like to find a forum dedicated to the discussion of fixed wheel bikes in Japan.

I believe there's gotta be some out there. Ive been meaning to look around for some as its also a good way to get some reading practice in while looking at some nice bikes. If you can read JAPNZ, I would think that Mixi would also have some stuff as well.
ATM the only thing I can think of is PedalMafia

(Not 100% bikes, but...)

Mixi.

There are a couple large pista communities. Lots of buying/selling too. That, and the various blogs.

Hey,

I have been surfing around and found many stores are looking for English-speaking crews. Just wait around a bit, you might find English forums. So far I haven't find a place truly dedicated like this site. I am sceptical of places like Mixi and blogs. I think I am being too old-fashioned or something.

Are there any independently hosted forums? I don't wanna be reading diaries.

You can start your own Tokyo English forums.
I dont know why no one has. I was going to but someone else should do it.

Forums don't work well in Japan.
You got your blogs or "social networking sites" like mixi which Nate has mentioned. Or, you got your anonymous posting sites like 2ch with some threads.

Tomo Ishi:
What places were looking for English staff? I could always use another part time job.

Last week Blue Lug had a listing on their blog. They were looking for bilingual if possible.
Found it... http://blogged.jugem.jp/?eid=565

Hey,

You got it, Deathhare. I thought they would want people with a lot of SKILLs, but the hardle doesn't seems like too high according to that posting.

I don't really like anonymous posting place either. ... Oh well. I can come here all I want anyway. (I kinda come here to hear yal talk "AMERICAN!!!1" (got the mistype right too) cause I miss it. )
