pulling off my lockring is impossible. It's from a bianchi pista (which I believe uses shimano dura-ace track hubs) and I just can't get it off using the park tool lockring hook spanner (HCW-12). I've tried both ways (mostly assuming clockwise) to no avail. help?

lockrings are left-hand thread, so clockwise will loosen it. maybe try some wd-40 or penetrating oil on the threads. or torch it a bit and try loosening it. or dynomite... or a dumptruck... use this as a reminder to grease those threads before putting the cog and lockring back on! good luck.
