How do you deal with hot foot when you get it? I know the weather has something to do with it, but anything over 3 hours and my feet are burning hot. I tried using Gold Bond and it doesn't seem to help much. I'm going to try to loosen my shoes up for my long ride Friday and see if that helps. I'm also thinking about an insert.
