Anyone know of a good, non-pill, way to get large quantities of B-vitamins? I found this list but i'm really looking for some type of magical food that will give me huge amounts of B-vitamins. Here is a general list of B-Vitamin rich foods:
* whole grains, such as wheat and oats
* fish and seafood
* poultry and meats
* eggs
* dairy products, like milk and yogurt
* leafy green vegetables
* beans and peas

I supposed i could put together a meal of fish, eggs, glass of milk, salad with bean and peas in it, and some yogurt and oats for desert but I'm really looking for something more specific, maybe even a specific brand of fortified cereal or some specific type of fish or meat that I can eat the night before a ride to get lots of B-Vitamins.

Note that I take Centrum Performance multi-vitamin which has B-Vitamins. But, I'm untrusting of multivitamins as I don't know how much I actually absorb. I feel that I would absorb vitamins more efficiently through food. And if I get too much B-vitamin it won't hurt be because it's water soluble right?

Please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.

Here's what the Weston A Price Foundation has to say on vitamins, http://www.westonaprice.org/basicnutrition/vitaminprimer.html

My experience is that I get a vit B boost from raw egg yolks, liver (I have liver pate pretty much all the time and Kombucha tea. Even the WAPF puts whole grains on top of the list however they are talking about properly prepared (soaked and fermented) whole grains which are off my diet anyway.

" meal of fish, eggs, glass of milk, salad with bean and peas in it, and some yogurt and oats for desert "

That's pretty much my usual diet.
