Electric Bikes - Battery case for E-Cycle Dash folding bike

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I purchased this bike on Ebay a few years ago to carry on our 32' Beneteau sailboat. Now, the boat is sold and have developed a strong interest in electric bikes. While it is not a serious E-bike, it should be a good platform to do some experimentation. The problem is that I need a second Battery Case to experiment with increasing the 36v setup to 48v for a bit more top speed. Having a hard time finding a source. The website is "Under Construction"

For those not familiar with the Dash, it is a folder with 16" wheels, 36v system, currently SLA batteries, a brushed rear hub motor. Nice aluminum cast folding frame but otherwise unimpressive!

Am beginning to do my homework in preparation for converting a Trek mountain bike that I have had for a few years. I am a retired ME with "way too much time on my hands".
Thanks in advance for your help!
