I bet that fella trying to get to his scooter would rather have just had a parking ticket. ;)

What a crazy damned world we live in. Jeez. What were those Taiwanese thinking - hauling a whole dead sperm whale on a truck cross country with no refridgeration. Taiwan in hot all the time. Can you imagine what that neighborhood must have smelled like when the rotting whale exploded? Taiwan stinks to begin with. If you can't laugh at this one, you can't laugh at all.

For the record, I have eaten whale meat a couple of times. When it is cooked, it is pretty good - like prime beef, but more flavorfull. When raw it is really tough and stinky. I don't agree with the harvesting of whales in modern times, but it is what we had for dinner, so I ate it rather than let it go to waste.

You'd think they would have known better- I thought most people knew that when bodies decompose, if they're left in the open too long, they go boom when they're dropped...

Reminds me of a song...

No Respectable Seagull (http://www.epitonic.com/files/reg/songs/mp3/Atombombpocketknife-Disconnect_(No_Respectable_Seagull).mp3) by AtomBombPocketKnife (http://www.epitonic.com/artists/atombombpocketknife.html)

This is fairly large (5mb or so) so you might not want to try it with a dialup connection.
