just watched your tour james well done it was brilliant ,looks like you guys had a good time i live in ireland so the cycling is just a wee bit different than cycling new york but im glad to see you guys get rained on as well as us irish good stuff.

Let me know how your trip goes. I liked the western portion the best. I'd be curious to know what you liked. Make sure to eat at Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse (unless you are a vegetarian). It's delicious.
