Those black and white stripey things are quite strong. I'm walked by three of them for my neighbour occasionally..

My Staffy would rip ya arms off, eat ya bike with one almighty bite, then sleep for a month.....now that's a REAL DOG
I had a Staffy in South Africa too... we left it behind on a farm with friends, got killed by a snake in a few months. City slicker...

My little fella, Yoda, eats like there's no tomorrow, if he reckons we don't give him enough he eats a ton of grass or half the wood off the woodplie.
My wife wants to get a Bernese Mountain Dog. I think it might be so she can just let the dog pull her while she sits atop her throne (errhm... Electra Townie).

I tried this once on rollerblades with my greyhound. Worked great on the flat, til she decided to stop for a wee, and got pulled along in quite an inelegant manner. Then we reached the top of a hill. Scared the **** out of me after 5 seconds, and I had to bail out into a diving roll on the grass at the side. Greyhounds can reach 40mph, which is faster than I typically like to go on skates.

Love greyhounds. Used to race them in Ireland! Gentle creatures too aside from when they see small animals! Should have placed a hare at the top of the hill for you lol!

Yes until I found out the hare was a fake one that ran on rails and I felt very betrayed.

I have taken Yoda for a run on my MTB, but he pulls on the lead too much...and his little paws struggle to apply the V-brakes when I dive off to the side for a pee.
Staffies are a highly intelligent and loyal breed, just like their owners.....mine loves riding in my BoB trailer.

I totally agree. All jokes aside they are a lovely breed except in the wrong hands. E.g English chav trying to be hard with no clue of dogs and sporting tatoos, stud collar on dog. Takes pride when it imtimidates people or other dogs!
Yours sounds very mischevious just like you! :roflmao2:

There was an aussie convict called Gor
Yoda his constant companion on four
They both liked to go for a pootle and pee
dragging the trailer through outback country
until Steve had to come back to bikeforums for more!

He is a blue merle coloured Border Collie although the photo doesn't quite show it!
My mother's dog probably has some Staffordshire in her. She looks like a small pittie type but her face and bowlegs make us think there's some Boxer in there too. She's very sweet, very submissive, and devoted to Mom.
I love Border Collies, though... frighteningly smart dogs.

A pom, fresh off the plane from London at Sydney airport, is trying to negotiate Australian customs. Finally, when it's his turn to get his passport stamped, the customs officer starts rattling off the usual questions:
C.O. - How long do you intend to stay?
POM - 1 week.
C.O. - What is the nature of this trip?
POM - Business.
C.O. - Do you have any past criminal convictions?
POM - I didn't think we still needed to!

The only current conviction I have is, that 20" or smaller wheeled bikes are a blast to ride.
And there's the time I had to front up to court for illegal parking, the copper made me look like a MONKEY, I got a fine, promised I wouldn't do it again, then continued illegally parking from then on.....hey, I was a delivery driver, what else could I do?
