Hey guys, still working on my Bullhorn conversion. Got all the parts I need, but I made a critical error in thinking.

The brake levers I got, are "Cross" levers" Usually, they attach to the "Clamp" part of the bar, near the stem. I was hoping that I could mount them Up on the bullhorn itself.

However, the Clamp for the levers is for 26mm, and the bar is actually 24mm. I was wondering if they make shims for the 2mm Difference?

Anyone know where I could get a part like this?

The shim you linked is for mating a 22.2mm handlebar to a 25.4mm stem--a difference of 3.2mm and the curvature will be off.

Also, the cross levers are meant to be mounted on a flat section of handlebar; they bend away from the bars. However, the ends of bullhorns usually curve upward and work best with levers that bends toward the bar.

Those would be better, but I am using the Bar ends for the Bar end Shifters.
