Well, a pair of new LHTs are being readied for us (wife and I). Should be ready Monday night. We went with complete bikes, with swap-out of a few components by the LBS- saddles, handlebars, stems.
The anticipation factor is getting to be a bit much- they sat in the shop for the last two weeks while we were on vacation- shop doesn't have the floor space to have them sitting there waiting for us to get back.
So there I was, in California, watching all you ride (saw fully loaded tourers in Yosimite, and Sequoia, and lots on the PCH in the SF, Monterey and Big Sur areas), knowing they were sitting there back home, waiting to see pavement... without me...
